Who is the course suitable for?
Dignity Therapy is suitable for caregivers, pastoral workers, therapists and other professionals who work with people in old age or with a serious illness such as cancer or dementia.
Programme and contents
After an introduction to dignity-related processes, participants learn how to conduct Dignity Therapy and apply dignity-preserving actions through exercises, role plays and case studies. Applied interviewing and editing skills complete the comprehensive preparation.
Course duration and costs
A Dignity Therapy training course lasts two days and is ideal for a group of 6 to 16 participants. The course can be held at the Theological Seminary in Zurich or on site. The cost is CHF 475 / EUR 450 per person and includes comprehensive documentation.
